OUR JOURNEY: The seeds for bay sports photography were cultivated nearly 40 years ago in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over that time; 5 photographers, 2 office staff and 1 sales representative honed their craft to get to where we are today: a classic, dependable, proven company with an eye to the future and gratitude to those who have entrusted their team photos to us over the years. What are your hours?: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm during school year, reduced hours during holidays/summer

How do I place an order?: Roughly one week in advance of your photoshoot we send order envelopes along with the on-line pre-pay link to your head coach to be handed out/sent to everyone on their team(s). The pre-pay link does not need a code, but if accessing via our website/PRE-PAY button your code is the name of your school (no spaces and not case sensitive). For example: MonteVista or Aragon etc. Even if pre-paying please fill out an order envelope (even if it just has your name/school/sport/level) prior to our arrival as it is our way of identifying each player with their frame # for printing purposes.
How long until I receive my photos?: Photos take about 3 weeks to be sent back to your head coach and/or Athletic Director for dispersement to each individual team/player.
